Servicer Abuse

Mortgage Modification Abuse

How to Help Your Case

  • Write everything down. Write down the contents of each call, who you spoke with, the time and date of each call.
  • Save every voicemail you receive.
  • Keep all proof of payments, mail you receive, notes and letters you send.
